Founded in 1973, Castilho comes from the idea of producing spare parts to warp tying imported machines.

In 1978, appeared the first national warp tying project, it was called "ICS I". In a great market, fast delivery necessity and experts, Castilho began gaining market and its brand got stronger.

After the production of the first mechanics warp tying, Castilho start conquering this market segment, at the same time, its technology was increasing. In 1990, it launched the first Brazilian electronic warp tying, "ICS 20", in 2003, it introduced "May600" machine and in 2009 launched "Aquila", a new compact warp tying concept, sturdy and at the same time, easy handling.

Castilho competes with other companies around the world. With high technology products, the company keeps the excellent service and it worries about the deliveries speed.

Know our history

Foundation of the company

It all started in 1973 when brothers Ivan and Gilson founded a machining workshop and started making spare parts for industries in the Sorocaba region.

ICS I First project

In 1978 was born the project of the first National warp tying machinery, baptized of ICS I

ICS II

In 1990, it launched the first Brazilian electronic warp tying, ICS 20

In 2003 presented the machine MAY600

Áquila

In 2009 launched "Aquila", a new compact warp tying concept, sturdy and at the same time, easy handling.

Áquila Tork

In 2012 Castilho launched the Aquila Tork, specially developed for high performance yarns
